Time Tracker Mini
Time Tracker® Mini is a simple timer with 3 coloured lights and an optional alarm, which gives children visual and auditory cues for timed activities. It’s ideal for use in the classroom, in therapy or at home and is easy to use with just 2 dials.
The total time ranges from 5—120 minutes, in 5-minute increments. Use the green dial to set the time limit, and the yellow dial to set a warning alert. Press the start button to activate the green light. If you selected a warning time, the light changes to yellow, and once time is up, the light dome turns red and an alarm sounds.
- The small size (12cm) of This Time Tracker Mini makes it ideal for placing on a classroom desk or worktop at home. It can also be used to help reinforce the concept of elapsed time for children who have difficulty with this.
- The Time Tracker Mini is easy to use. Turn the power/volume dial to the ON position. This dial also adjusts the volume of the alarm. To mute the sound, simply keep this at the lowest setting.
- Twist the green timer dial to choose the desired duration from 5 minutes to 120 minutes, in 5-minute increments. Twist the yellow warning dial to set a time for the warning alert. Press the start button. The light dome will turn green, and the timer will begin to count down the time.
- If you selected a “warning” time, the light dome will turn yellow and a short tone will play at that time. When the time has expired, the light dome will turn red and an alarm will sound, indicating that time is up.
